Refund Eligibility

  • Your subscription has not been activated within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The service is not functioning due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your support request.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Issues caused by your own device, software, or internet connection.
  • Failure to follow our setup instructions or refusal to work with our support team.
  • If the service was successfully delivered and used.
  • Requests made after 10 days from the activation date.

Refund Request Window

Refunds must be requested within 10 days of service activation. Requests beyond this window will not be eligible for a refund.
